Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! I ship worldwide from Singapore, using my local courier, SingPost.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: For customers not based in Singapore, I accept Paypal, Credit or Debit card.
Q: I'm a buyer from Singapore, what payment methods can I use?
A: For Singapore-based buyers, bank transfer, i-banking, Paynow or Paylah! are all accepted modes of payment. Paypal & Stripe (Credit/Debit cards) services deduct 4% fees for every transaction made, so do help me out by opting for other modes of payment!

Q: How long do you take to ship an order?
A: Processing time varies for different periods, but I try to ship between 1-7 business days for instocks. However, for preorders, waiting time is additional 2-3 months from the end of the preorder dateline.
Please only order if you are comfortable waiting.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: By default, all International orders are shipped via Airmail (no tracking number) while all Domestic orders (Singapore) are shipped via Normal mail.
Tracked shipping is available at an additional SGD $3.60, do remember to select the tracked shipping upgrade before checking out!

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but I cannot guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the efficiency of your local post office!

**IMPORTANT**
If you choose to opt for Registered Airmail (with tracking), tracking details up till dispatch from Singapore's airport will definitely be available.
You can track the parcel at www.singpost.com. However, tracking details might be limited due to restrictions from certain destination countries. Please take note.

For Brazilian customers, please fill in your CPF number in the notes section, or in your address. I would highly advise getting tracked mail as well.

Due to COVID-19, many countries are on lock down, and flight frequency has reduced greatly. Please note that packages will take longer than the above estimated timings to reach their destinations.
All international deliveries to countries listed below will be unavailable till further notice:
Q: I didn't receive my order! What do I do?
A: Before you contact me regarding your orders, please check with your local post office on the status of the package. However, if you have opted for a shipping upgrade, but failed to receive your item within 20 working days, please send me a message ASAP.
I will raise an enquiry with my local courier - SingPost as soon as I can and try to locate the item for you.
Q: Have any of your buyers incurred taxes?
A: All items mailed from me are declared as "Gifts" and the value of the item is based on the amount buyers pay before shipping.
However, if you want the items valued at a specific amount, please leave the request in the notes section when you check out!

Packages sent to Canada and EU/UK, will be valued at $20 flat (or order value, whichever is lesser).
